On-site customs and NVWA inspections, built into your logistics process

Compliance and inspections

Inspection station for customs and NVWA

FYCO and NVWA inspections handled on-site, built into your logistics process

DLC Warehousing operates as an official inspection station where goods can be checked and cleared on-site. We focus on both customs inspections (FYCO) and NVWA inspections for packaging wood, allowing multiple controls to take place within one controlled environment. DLC Warehousing is also recognized by the KCB, which underlines the reliability and quality of our inspection processes. This reduces unnecessary transport, shortens lead times and keeps your logistics process efficient.

FYCO

FYCO inspections cover goods that require customs control. As a bonded warehouse, we provide the conditions needed for these inspections to take place directly at our facility. This means goods do not need to be moved to external locations, and once cleared, they can immediately continue through storage, handling or distribution.

NVWA

NVWA inspections are carried out for packaging wood and compliance with ISPM 15 regulations. At our location, these checks are performed on-site, ensuring that packaging materials meet the required standards for international transport. This minimizes the risk of delays at borders and allows for immediate action if adjustments are needed.

Faster clearance, fewer steps and full control over your goods

Benefits of on-site inspections

Inspections take place at the same location where your goods are stored, which speeds up the clearance process.

Goods do not need to be transported to external inspection sites, reducing handling and costs.

Fewer process steps lower the risk of delays and disruptions in your supply chain.

All inspections are carried out in line with customs and NVWA requirements, ensuring full compliance.
